Scope & Standards
The Nahj Journal publishes twice yearly, carrying long-form scholarly articles, research notes, and critical reviews. It operates on a fully open-access basis: there are no article processing charges for authors and no paywalls for readers.
Submissions are reviewed by members of our Editorial Board and external specialists with relevant expertise. The journal holds its contributors to the standards expected of serious academic and public-intellectual work: rigorous argumentation, careful use of primary sources, and engagement with the scholarship that complicates simple narratives.
Volume I opens for submissions in Autumn 2026. The journal is hosted on the Open Journal Systems platform at journal.nahjinstitute.com.
Submit a Research Article
